If you need to generate smoke to visualise airflow during laboratory equipment testing and certification, we’ve got four options to suit your needs.
Smoke sticks
These sticks are ideal in environments where open flames are permitted, and can be extinguished and relit as many times as needed. A case of smoke sticks contains a rubber cap and five wicks, each giving 60 minutes of smoke. We also offer a discount on refill pricing.
VeriFit tubes
Smoke is emitted from a plastic tube, eliminating danger from broken glass. An accordion-like bellows at the back of the tube generates the smoke as required. Each tube can be capped and puffed up to 300 times over the course of 24-30 hours. Each pack contains 10 tubes. Discounts available on bulk orders.
Airflow test kit
This noncorrosive device is ideal for use in isolation rooms, ventilation ducts and other contained environments. Tubes can be plugged with rubber stoppers and reused. The Airflow test kit is ready to go with six smoke tubes and doesn’t require additional equipment.
Gastec Tubes
This kit uses a rubber squeeze bulb to generate smoke from a glass ampule as required. A pack contains a squeeze bulb, rubber cap, and six ampules which must be broken before use.
